EMEET’s StreamCam One Is A Studio In A Box For Live Streaming Video

Streaming live video over the Internet is an increasingly popular way to connect with audiences. However, a professional studio involves investing in a multi-camera setup with microphones for everyone participating in the broadcast. Not everyone has the budget for a full pro studio, so EMEET created a video studio in a box and unveiled it at this year’s CES.

The EMEET StreamCam One has been designed with home and business use in mind and it offers up to three wirelessly linked and controlled cameras that can be used on multiple platforms. Switching between cameras and audio sources can all be easily controlled using software.

 

 

As well as winning a Red Dot Design Award, the new EMEET StreamCam One includes multifunctional cameras with Sony 1/2.8 sensors, HDR support and HD video running at 30 frames per second for clear images. The EMMET software can control up to three cameras simultaneously, enabling fast switching between shots, making it ideal for podcasting or any live streaming.

Each StreamCam One camera is portable and has a compact and cylindrical design. The cameras have rechargeable batteries that can run for up to eight hours on a single charge. The system works with iOS, Android, and Windows devices and supports dual Wi-Fi or Ethernet connections. The whole package is easy to operate and, best of all, it doesn’t require any complicated setup. The StreamCam One is suitable for anyone, even if they don’t have prior experience with live streaming.

Thanks to their large Sony 1/2.8" sensors and 1080P resolution, the cameras can also support HDR video and capture still images. Each camera has two built-in microphones for stereo sound and a detachable magnetic Bluetooth microphone that functions like a Lavalier mic and can pick up audio from 10 meters.

The EMEET StreamCam One can link three identical devices while streaming to four platforms, all with a single click. Customizable editing and support for various storage options, such as micro-SD cards, make the system suitable for recording and offline editing. The StreamCam One is compatible with platforms that support RTMP protocols, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Despite its relatively low starting price, the EMEET StreamCam One offers a lot for the money and is exceptionally versatile with its wireless network, which eliminates the need for trailing cables. Users can get high-quality audio and video without requiring any specialist knowledge.

Pricing & Availability: The EMEET StreamCam One starts at $249 / £199 for a single camera set up with a detachable Bluetooth mic. A three-camera system with three tripods costs $649.99 / £516, which is about the same price as a single mirrorless camera.
